Ok from the discussion thing that we had last couple of days, it appears as
though we are all fixated on making Amy’s idea a reality (which was basically the one fear tolerance one that involved the pulse reading machine and time); since it was novel yet at the same time showed that games could be used to measure one’s fear tolerance as well as play a role in helping said individual overcome that particular fear (contribution).
Now I did a quick search regarding the fears that are most common/prevalent amongst people our age and it appears that… spiders and heights seem to be the two that are frequently mentioned- much to my dismay. So, with that said, should we still take that survey in class or just go off on that?
I’ll upload some concept sketches and what not (aka indepth research on heart rates and the means of incorporating it into something such as this) later, however figured it would make sense just to get the idea up and get the ball rolling (even if its slowly).
